NOURISHING
TEA FOR PREGNANCY
Drink in
2nd & 3rd trimester - 3 cups a day, cold or hot
2 parts
Red Raspberry leaves, 1 part Nettle leaves, 1 part Alfalfa
This tea provides
so many vitamins and minerals. It feeds the muscles to relieve
leg cramps and tone the uterus. making uterine contractions more
effective in labor. It nourishes the kidneys helping to avoid
hypertension and reduce swelling. It strengthens the blood vessels
relieving varicosities. It helps to prevent anemia and postpartum
hemorrhage. It provides baby with stores of Vitamin K and increases
the milk supply.
